KYC Verification — Why It Matters
wg8 requires every player to pass a one-time KYC (Know Your Customer) check before processing their first withdrawal. This step protects your account from fraud, confirms your identity, and keeps your money safe.
You only do this once. Once approved, all future withdrawals process without any identity check. The review takes up to 2 hours on working days — in most cases it is faster.
Submit your documents before you request your first withdrawal. wg8 reviews them within 2 hours. You do not need to wait for approval before depositing or playing.
Accepted ID Documents
wg8 accepts any one of the following government-issued documents. Submit clear, well-lit photos or scans — both front and back where applicable.
Bangladesh NID — front and back required. The name and date of birth must match your wg8 account.
Photo page only. Must be valid (not expired). Machine-readable zone must be clearly visible.
Bangladesh BRTA-issued licence — front and back required. Photo must be legible.
- All four corners of the document must be visible.
- No glare, blur, or cropping — use natural light if possible.
- File format: JPG, PNG, or PDF. Max size 10 MB per file.
- Do not edit or filter the image in any way.
Your documents are encrypted and stored securely. wg8 does not share personal data with third parties except for fraud prevention purposes as described in the Privacy Policy.

Log in to your wg8 account
Go to wg8 Login and sign in. Navigate to Account Settings or the Verification section from your profile menu.

Choose your document type
Select National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence. Make sure the document is physically in front of you before starting.

Upload clear photos
Take or upload a photo of the front (and back if required). Check that all text and the photo on the ID are sharp and fully visible.

Submit and wait for review
Tap Submit. wg8 will review your documents within 2 hours. You will receive a notification by email or in-app message once approved.

Withdraw once approved
After approval your first withdrawal request will process normally. All future withdrawals skip the KYC step entirely.

Your withdrawal account number must match the name on your wg8 account. Third-party accounts are not accepted.
Why Requests Get Rejected
If your withdrawal is declined, one of these reasons usually applies. Most are easy to fix and you can resubmit straight away.
- KYC not completed. Your first withdrawal requires a verified identity. Upload your NID, passport, or driving licence and wait for approval.
- Bonus wagering not met. If you claimed a bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 10 times before withdrawing those winnings. Check your wagering progress in the Bonus section.
- Amount below ৳500. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500 per request. Increase the amount and resubmit.
- Daily limit exceeded. The standard daily limit is ৳50,000. Wait until midnight (UTC+06) when the limit resets, or contact support.
- Account number mismatch. The mobile wallet or bank account must be registered in your name. Use your own bKash or Nagad number.
